No Child Left Behind
President George Bush signed into law the No Child Left Behind Act on January 8, 2002. The purpose of this act was to ensure that all children have fair, equal, and significant oppurtunity to obtain a high quality of education, and to reach proficiency by 2014. Supplemental Education Services help to ensure these purposes are met for all children.
