| Employee Assistance Program |
The Employee Assistance Program is available at no charge to employees who work at least three hours per day and their family members.

| Life Insurance | The School Board provides group term life insurance at a level of twice the employee´s annual salary free of charge to regular scheduled employees who work at least three hours per day. Employees may purchase three or four times their salary coverage, or spouse and child coverage for an additional premium. Coverage is provided by The Standard Life Insurance Company. |

| Dependent and/or Elder Care Flexible Spending Account | Funded by the employee. The account allows employees to set aside money on a tax-free basis to help pay for day care and other dependent and/or elder care services that are necessary, in order for the employee to go to work.
