The School District will have fewer dollars to spend in capital funds in the future because:

1. Reduced levels of tax rolls (home and business property values),

2. The effect of Constitutional Amendment 1 approved by voters in January 2009

3. The state has reduced the millage we can levy for capital needs from 2.00 mills to 1.50 mills. An analysis of this reduction is available HERE
