Teamsters to protest Collier school district

Teamsters and supporters will demonstrate outside Gulf Coast High School in Naples Thursday to protest the Collier County School Board´s plan to consider outsourcing custodial services.

The school district´s possible decision to outsource custodial services could cost about 250 employees their jobs.

The Teamsters, which represents district custodians, will protest at 7 a.m. at Gulf Coast High School, 7878 Shark Way in Naples.
