HARRY KINNAN HOSTS FIFTH IN (Bradenton, FL - April 14, 2008) The fifth in a series of Town Hall Meetings to discuss important issues related to education will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Bayshore High School. Parents, students, families and citizens across Manatee County are invited to attend the meeting where they can join in an open forum discussion with School Board member Harry Kinnan and key staff members of the School District on issues concerning academics, budget issues, school safety and school construction. Mr. Kinnan moderated the first in this series of Town Hall Meetings on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in the auditorium at Braden River High. Subsequent Town Hall Meetings have been held at Palmetto High, Manatee High and Southeast High. The final Town Hall Meeting in this series is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Lakewood Ranch High. The Town Hall Meeting at Bayshore will be taped and re-broadcast on Manatee Educational Television, Channel 21. Bayshore High is located at 5401 34th St. W. ### |
