SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER HARRY KINNAN INVITES (Bradenton, FL - February 27, 2008) The third in a series of Town Hall Meetings to discuss important issues related to education will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Manatee High School. Parents, students, families and citizens across Manatee County are invited to attend the meeting where they can join in an open forum discussion with School Board member Harry Kinnan and key staff members of the School District on issues concerning academics, school safety and school construction. Mr. Kinnan moderated the first in this series of Town Hall Meetings on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in the auditorium at Braden River High. A second Town Hall Meeting was held November 13, 2007 at Palmetto High. Future Town Hall Meetings are planned for other geographical areas of Manatee County, although dates and locations have not been officially set. The Town Hall Meeting at Manatee High will be taped and re-broadcast on Manatee Educational Television, Channel 21. Manatee High is located at 902 33rd St. Ct. W., in Bradenton. ### |
