Miller, and Larry Simmons.  Also present:  Dr. Roger Dearing, Superintendent; Tim McGonegal, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services; and Mark Barnebey, Special Counsel to the School Board.

Chairman Brunner called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m.

Minutes: 

Chairman Brunner left the workshop at 7:09 p.m. and turned the meeting over to Vice-Chairman Kinnan.

There being no further business to come before the Board, Acting Chairman Kinnan adjourned the meeting at 7:44 p.m.
