Miller, and Larry Simmons.  Also present:  Dr. Roger Dearing, Superintendent; Dr. Patricia Lucas, Assistant Superintendent for District Support Services; Tim McGonegal, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services; and John Bowen, School Board Attorney.

Not present:  Lynette Edwards, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, and Bill Horton, Assistant Superintendent for School Support Services.
