Thank you to Ms. Sarah Burgos, Katherine Nordstrom, Dana Mills, Elfi Garcia, and their amazing group of students in the Johnson K-8 SAVE Promise Club!
In November, the Johnson SAVE students recognized Start With Hello week by conducting different activities each day to help make sure every student felt welcomed and a part of the school family. On December 14th, the club facilitated the Sandy Hook Remembrance Day and Unity Day. All students throughout the school wore green for unity. Elementary and middle school students created "Hands of Hope" with messages of what they promise to do to help stop school violence.
