Parents you need to know what social media apps your children are using daily. Middle school students lack the social maturity to navigate most of the apps that are available to them. The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office has a list of 21 apps that parents should know about and is posted below. Examples of apps that parents should be concerned about their child using are TikTok, Snapchat, Whatsapp, Kik, Monkey, Whisper, and Holla.
