Meet our new AP
My name is Livia Forrest, and It is with great delight that I introduce myself as your new assistant principal. I am deeply honored to serve and learn alongside you. I will work with intention to maintain the legacy of success already established here at Williams Elementary. I am dedicated to ensuring that each student has a positive school experience in order for them to reach their highest potential. I am committed to working in a partnership with Mrs. Dixon, the students, the parents, and the staff to nurture and support the academic, social and emotional growth of each of our wolf pups.
I am thrilled and feel blessed to be a part of this wonderful community. I have eleven years of educational experience. My most recent educational experience was an elementary assistant principal at Rogers Garden-Bullock. Prior to my administrative career, I taught first grade, second grade and fourth grade, and supported teachers in grade K-5 as an instructional coach.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending time reading in my backyard or at the beach listening to the waves and enjoying our Florida sunshine. I am very community-oriented and enjoy volunteering, attending church and spending time with family and friends.
I am very much looking forward to meeting each of you over the course of the summer and throughout the school year!
Ms. Livia Forrest
