Erika Walters—Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) - LRHS Junior Rebeka Correa shared her pre-college journey involvement she’s experienced through UnidosNow at a recent LRHS LeadNow meeting.
Correa is from Brazil and has lived in Florida for two years.
She and Junior Penny Morris are involved in the UnidosNow national organization that They offer many opportunities, such as college preparation coaching.

Correa shared at the meeting, “I have been on college tours with the national organization, and I have a ‘college coach’ who helps me learn all I need to know for prepping for college.”

Correa also shared how she also attends career and college workshops. Unidos has donated $100 worth of Uber rides and other forms of transportation to get her to those workshops.
