Mustang baseball looks to bounce back from tough week

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) - Last week Mustangs baseball had many games. Varsity had three games and junior varsity (JV) four.
Varsity's first game was against Parrish High School, and it was a close game but unfortunately ended with a 4-3 loss. Varsity’s second game was against Sarasota High on Wednesday which resulted in another close loss, 2-1. On Friday's home game against Sarasota, they lost 10-4 to wrap up the week.

JV’s first game of the week was on the road against Parrish High which resulted in a 6-3 loss. The second game was at Sarasota on Wednesday which resulted in a 14-1 loss. On the last home game of the season the Mustangs lost 9-4 to Parrish.
On Saturday, JV had a game for the End of Season JV Tournament at Sarasota’s Riverview High and lost 12-1 to the host Rams.
