Panther families,

There is no school on Friday, April 2nd in observance of Good Friday. Have a wonderful holiday weekend!

The first week of 4th quarter was a little challenging, but an overall success! Students with classes formerly in building 6 have successfully transitioned to the Learning Cottages. While the flow is a little slow, we are working on solutions to allow students to get to other classes on time.

Report cards have been posted in the Focus Parent Portal. Please check to ensure your child had a successful quarter 3. If not, he or she should set goals to improve their grades this quarter. Operation: 4th Quarter Scramble after school help will begin this week for those students who are in danger of failing. If you have been notified and have not yet signed up your child, please complete the application as soon as possible.

We had 475 students make Renaissance for quarter 3! What an amazing accomplishment! Cards were handed out on Thursday and students were given additional lunch time rewards. Their cards may now be used to eat lunch outside and use their phones appropriately without a signature.

On Tuesday, March 30th, we will have spring picture day. Students received order forms on Thursday and should have brought them home. If you need an order form, have your child pick up one in the front office.

Parents, please encourage your children to get to class on time. Tardies will be closely monitored and may result in referrals. Special consideration will be given to students entering and exiting the Learning Cottages.

Mark your calendars for SAC (School Advisory Council) on Tuesday, April 13th beginning at 5:30 pm. More details will be forthcoming.

Please keep your child home if he or she is experiencing symptoms, has been tested for Covid-19 or has been exposed to Covid-19. Please contact the school to let us know and have your child work in Schoology or email his or her teachers in order to stay caught up.

As always, thank you for your continued support. We are the home of the Panthers, where we believe and achieve.

Best regards,

Mrs. Zenon-Richardson
