Good evening and Happy Mother's Day to all moms! Although it was extremely challenging, we had a great testing week. Now on to 8th grade science on Tuesday, May 11th, 7th & 8th grade Civics on Wednesday, May 12th, 7th & 8th grade Algebra & 8th grade Geometry on Thursday & Friday, May 13th & 14th. We would like to wish those students well. Please ensure they have a good nights' rest, a well-balanced breakfast, arrive to school on time and have a positive attitude. Panthers believe and Panthers achieve!
On Wednesday, May 12th, we will have our last spirit night at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers from 4-8 pm. Come out and support our school.
Yearbooks have arrived! They are being prepared for distribution on Friday, May 14th during 7th period. If you were not able to pre-order, there is a limited supply available for $40. To make a purchase, visit our website. Once they are sold out, the link will no longer be available.
This is a reminder non-school items should not be brought to school; this includes rubber bands for craft-making. Please encourage your child to leave them home. If they are brought to school, they will be confiscated and if used inappropriately, consequences will be given.
It's not too late for students to have a successful quarter and a strong finish to the year. Please monitor Focus to ensure your child is passing his or classes and meeting his or her goals.
Remember, if your child is sick or has symptoms, has been tested or someone in the home has been tested for Covid-19, or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, he or she must stay home until safe to return to school. Please call to notify the school and have your child either work in Schoology or email his or her teachers for the work in order to stay caught up.
We will host our New Student Orientation on Saturday, May 15th from 9 am - noon for all incoming students. If your child is an eLearner who is new to our campus this year, has never had the opportunity to take a tour and will be returning in the fall, this may be a good event for him or her to attend. If interested, and you would like to sign up, please contact our office at (941) 751-7080.
As always, thank you for your cooperation, understanding and support. We are the home of the Panthers, where we believe and achieve!
