Panther families,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 21-22 school year, which is only three weeks away! School resumes on campus for all students on Tuesday, August 10th. Attached, you will find my welcome newsletter, which will provide information for you as you prepare for this upcoming school year. Please also use our student handbook located on our website as another useful tool for preparation.

If you haven't already done so, please like our page on Facebook. You will also find updates on construction and other useful information. 

If your child is a bus rider, please be sure to register him or her for bus transportation by clicking the "Register to Ride" link on our website. The earlier you get them registered, the better the chances of having them on a bus by the first day of school. Please keep in mind, it usually takes about one week for routing, so if you wait until the first week of school, your child may not be assigned to a bus for an additional week.

Lunch and breakfast will be free again this year, but it is highly recommended for anyone who qualifies for free or reduced meals to complete the application. Applications will be available on site. For more information, use this link:

This year 24 school sites are participating in a new program called Community Eligibility Program or CEP. The Community Eligibility Program (CEP) provides an alternative approach for offering school meals to local schools and schools based on former free & reduced student numbers, instead of collecting individual applications for free and reduced price meals.

If your child is entering 7th grade this year, please be sure the required immunizations have been completed prior to the first day of school and documentation has been submitted. For more information, use this link:

Our schedule pick-up event will be held on Thursday, August 5th from 5-7 pm. See the attached flyer for additional information. This is a self-guided event in which students can pick up their schedules and walk around to better understand our campus before the first day of school. Classrooms will not be open and construction may limit access to some of the areas. To minimize crowding, we would like to have 6th graders come from 5-6 pm and 7th & 8th graders between 6-7 pm.
