Parrish Community High School Softball won their first state championship title in school history on May 25, 2023.
The team beat Deltona (5-0) on Thursday afternoon in the Class 5A State Championship at Legends Way Ball Fields in Clermont.
Congratulations to Head Coach Erin Spivey and the Lady Bulls!
"We pulled out all the stops," Coach Spivey said, according to the Sarasota Herald Tribune. "We practiced on Saturdays; we went over everything we could possibly go over to reach our goal; and that was the last goal of the season. It's super exciting."
Parrish Community High School opened in 2019.
