Palmetto High School celebrates home run, a brand new baseball stadium

A home run for Tigers baseball! A celebration for the brand new Palmetto High School baseball stadium was held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

The dignitaries who participated in the ribbon cutting included Mayor Shirley Groover Bryant and PHS Athletic Director Bryan Wilkes. 

Principal Monica DeLesline took the mound for the ceremonial first pitch for the game against Out-of-Door Academy.
