Family Back-to-School Opinion Poll
The School District of Manatee County is committed to providing students with the safest and most effective educational experience possible during these challenging times. To do that, we need to hear from you.
Please provide feedback on how school is going for your child by participating in a Family Back-to-School Opinion Poll available online through Sunday, September 27, 2020.
If you have more than one child enrolled in an SDMC public school, please fill out an opinion poll for each child.
There is a tab on the top left corner of the poll to switch from English to Spanish.
The poll includes approximately 15 questions that cover topics like the educational options available, safety concerns, computer access and your thoughts about the second quarter that begins in early October.
For example, you might be interested in moving your child to a different learning option for the second quarter – such as moving your child from full-time eLearning to full-time On Campus learning. Having this kind of information is important for our planning and scheduling.
We will take the valuable information that you provide and use it to make adjustments and improvements to better serve students and your family. The School Board will hold a workshop on Thursday, October 8, 2020, to review the results and develop a timeline for next steps.
Thank you for your time and continued support of our students and schools.
