middle schoolers

On Friday, Braden River Middle School principal Kimberlain Zenon invited 250 students, who earned a 3.5 GPA or 1's in citizenship for the entire school year, to enjoy some fun in the sun.

They enjoyed a day out of uniform and free time outside, which included twenty minutes inside a mobile gaming truck, a sweet treat from Carousel's and relay races to remember.

Teams out-raced each other while trying to carry up to 10 empty pizza boxes.

Most of the students played a variety of games on the school's outdoor courts.

They were also allowed to enjoy lunch with their friends in the school courtyard, instead of the cafeteria.

It was all possible with help from staff and parent volunteers.

As the school motto says: Panthers believe! Panthers achieve!
