A special delivery arrived at Samoset Elementary last week.
Team members from Summit Delivery Systems, an Amazon delivery provider, unloaded dozens of backpacks filled with school supplies. The driver, China H., graduated from Bayshore High School.
Summit Delivery Systems co-founder Joe Stein joined Principal Samara Hemingway-Primous and students to celebrate the start of a new school year by presenting a donation to the school for $1,500.
Students were excited to receive the donations and thanked the local business for their support.
