The senior year of high school is filled with long-honored traditions - some of which are already underway.

Southeast High School seniors attended a painting party in their school parking lot last weekend, a tradition brought back after a decades-long hiatus.

The cost for seniors to paint their parking spot goes back to the school, a fundraiser for the Student Government Association.

Bright and creative images on the asphalt serve as a reminder of all the miles they’ve traveled since kindergarten.

The Class of 2023 is revving up for a fantastic year leading to graduation.
