The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced the recipients of the 3rd annual Buccaneers Girls in Football Scholarship, including 2022 Southeast High School graduate, Jairis Gomez.
Only four awards were given to graduating female high school athletes pursuing a career in sports.
Ms. Gomez is currently studying sports management at Florida State University in Tallahassee.
While at Southeast High School, she earned many accolades for her participation in flag football, including the Golden Herald Award for athletics.
