Manatee Technical College students and staff are helping high school students discover their future opportunities in higher education and career fields.
MTC is participating in Career Source Suncoast's State of Jobs Conference, which is billed as the largest college and career event in the state of Florida. More than 40,000 high school students are attending from four counties, including Manatee.
This year's conference is virtual, so MTC students and staff produced a video creating excitement for their Allied Health programs.
Industry leaders from the following career fields will be taking part in the conference: Manufacturing and skilled trades; hospitality and tourism; arts and entertainment; business; healthcare; and technology.
