The red carpet was rolled out for Florida's top student filmmakers on December 3, 2021 in Daytona Beach. The Jim Harbin Student Media Festival celebrates creativity and takes place during the FAME (Florida Association for Media Education) Annual Conference.

Student filmmakers learn valuable lessons by participating in the event, from operating equipment to complying with copyright laws. The festival program recognizes the work of elementary, middle and high students from idea, to production and finally, presentation.

Third Place - Documentary: "BTSN", Nolan Middle School

Third Place - Public Service Announcement (PSA): "Why Vape", Lee Middle School
