Congratulations to Anna Maria Elementary fifth-grade student, Kellen R., for winning the contest sponsored by the Holmes Beach Police Department.
Students were encouraged to create drawings around the theme of police protecting our community.
Kellen's design was transformed into a decal that is now proudly displayed on School Resource Officer Christine’s police car
Chief William Tokajer also presented Kellen with a challenge coin.
This is a great annual tradition on the island community!
