Multicultural table set up

A multicultural celebration was held at Sugg Middle School this week.

Staff and students enjoyed "visiting" different countries, including Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Venezuela, Jamaica, Germany, Mexico, Ghana, Philippines, Haiti and more.

Tables were set up throughout the hallways with colorful displays and information about each country.

Chef Tommie Gaines, the school culinary instructor, prepared food items representing various cultures.

Students also worked on materials in their social studies and art classes.

The adventurous event provided a world of learning and fun for all!
