Southeast High School Football Coach Brett Timmons is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Coach of the Year!
He was surprised by Principal Rosa Faison, Athletic Director Kevin Lynum, colleagues and his senior football players.
Timmons began coaching at his alma mater, Southeast, in 2017. He was a linebacker for the 'Noles football team in the 90's when they won back-to-back state titles.
There were 10 finalists for Bucs Coach of the Year. For winning, Coach Timmons receives a $2,000 grant from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation for his football program.
He's also in the running for the Don Shula Coach of the Year Award.
