Kristin brings nearly 17 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and community engagement, with a career dedicated to strengthening communities and expanding educational opportunities.

Most recently, Kristin served as Senior Vice President of Philanthropy at United Way Suncoast, where she led fundraising strategy, built community partnerships, and supported initiatives to improve lives across the Tampa Bay region. Earlier in her career, she held a statewide leadership role with the Florida Education Foundation, advancing partnerships and initiatives supporting Florida’s students and educators.

A Manatee County resident who calls Palmetto home, Kristin brings both a personal connection to our community and a passion for connecting people, resources, and opportunities to make a lasting impact.

Since 1988, the Manatee Education Foundation has worked to enhance educational opportunities for students and teachers in the School District of Manatee County by funding innovative programs, supporting classroom needs, and building meaningful partnerships between our schools, businesses, and community.

We are excited for this next chapter under Kristin’s leadership as we continue investing in our teachers, inspiring our students, and strengthening the future of public education in Manatee County.
