The 2025 Golf season is looking to build on the momentum set the previous year. Both the girls' and the boys' teams are well underway in their season.
Last year, the girls took 3rd in the state while the boys sent lone golfer Alex Angelo (2025 graduate) where he placed 49th. Both coaches are looking to improve their state performance in the coming season.
The girls’ team is led by Coach Erin Lisch. She said, “This year our goal is not only go to state but win the whole thing. We placed third last year and that has fueled us to bring home a title to Parrish.”
The girls’ team started strong, winning their first match of the season on Aug. 20 against ODA 186-145. Additionally, Olivia Agate was a match medalist going 2 under par with 34 strokes.
The girls faced numerous weather cancelations but did manage to secure matches against Palmetto and Southeast on Aug. 28.
Most recently, the girls’ golfers brought home a win in the Crutchfield Hawkins Invitational on Monday Sept. 15 with a total team score of 297. Multiple girls placed in the top 10 including Avery Banfill 3rd with 72 strokes, Maya Krone 5th with 73 strokes, and Natalie Angelo and Phoenix Scanlan tied for 7th with 76 strokes.

Additionally, several members ended with impressive individual finishes including Owen Paoli 72 strokes for an even par, Colton Hallam with 76 strokes, Tristan Pasch with 78 strokes, and Grayson Meyer with 88 strokes.
