Achieving Leader in Me Lighthouse Certification is one of the highest recognitions a Leader in Me school can receive.

Lighthouse Certification is awarded only to schools that have successfully implemented the Leader in Me process with excellence across three essential areas:

• Leadership

• School Culture

• Academic Achievement

Schools typically work for three to five years before earning this distinction, demonstrating sustained implementation, measurable results, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Certified schools undergo an extensive review process and must recertify to maintain this high standard of excellence.
