(New) Policy 2266 - Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs and Activities
Policy 2266 is a mandatory policy that memorializes the key requirements of the new Title IX regulations that the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (“OCR”) released on May 6, 2020. A Public Hearing for adoption of the new policy will be held on January 12, 2021.
