The Free Application for Federal Student Aid opens OCTOBER 1st for the Class of 2027. The FAFSA determines eligibility for federal aid - grants, loans and work study. If eligible, the funds can be used at all types of colleges - technical schools like MTC, two-year colleges like SCF and 4-year universities across the country.
