  • The School District of Manatee County is hiring Custodians and Maintenance Workers (Vehicle, Building, Grounds, Mechanical Systems) for the efficient operation and maintenance of our schools and buildings.

    • Full-time
    • Paid CDL training if CDL is required
    • Uniform and shoe allowance
    • Mechanics receive tool allowance and compensation for ASE certifications
    • 12 sick, 12 vacation, and 1 discretionary day earned per year; sick and vacation days accumulate
    • 10 paid major holidays
    • Starting pay varies - $15 per hour and up depending on position
    • Longevity pay for employees that reach 10 years
