(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) - The Major League Baseball Division playoff series have begun, as the Wild Card series have all concluded.
Of the four best-of-three wild card series three of them had a game three. The Los Angeles Dodgers swept the Cincinnati Reds 2-0.
The Dodgers will now move on to play the Philadelphia Phillies in a clash of titans and seems to be the most anticipated series. The Division Series is a best of five so the first team with three victories will be the winner. The Series is 1-0 Dodgers as of October 6th
Instead of all the games being played in one stadium, there will be a 2-2-1 format which gives the higher seed the first two games at home and the lower seed will get games three and four. If there is a game five it will be played at the higher seeds home field.
