(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) Silver Stars are excited for what's to come now that football season is over.
The Silver Stars have been going at it all season, and the best is still ahead. As football is wrapped up, we are shifting straight into basketball season, and we’re excited for everything coming our way.
The gym has become our stage now. Throughout basketball season, we’ll be performing special routines during halftime, giving the crowd something new to look forward to every game. Each performance is a chance to show our teamwork, energy, and love for what we do.
But basketball season is only the beginning.
Once the last buzzer sounds, we head into our biggest challenge; competition season. All the long practices, sweaty rehearsals, effort, and dedication are preparing us for the moment we finally step onto the competition floor.

This year, we’re preparing three routines. Our pom routine brings power and spirit. Our upbeat game day routine shows off hip hop-based movement and crowd energy. And our jazz routine, which is our routine, focused on emotional strength, and technical aspects.
Every rehearsal pushes us to grow. We’re drilling details, perfecting formations, and working together as a team, so we’re confident and ready when the competition arrives.
The rest of the season is packed with energy, growth, and unforgettable memories. Whether we’re hyping up the crowd at halftime or taking the floor at competition, the Stars are ready for what’s to come.
And with that we hope to see you at the next basketball game.
