Kaitlynne Welte- Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) Mustangs are excited to show their holiday spirit with the winter spirit week.
Today, Mustangs dressed in different costumes according to their grades. Freshmen were elves, sophomores were reindeer, juniors were snowmen, and seniors were Santa. Practice for the powder puff game was scheduled for right after school today at the bulldog fields.
For Tuesday Mustangs will dress in their favorite snow sports attire.
On Wednesday Mustangs will wear either red or green. The powder puff game is also scheduled for 6 p.m. at the stadium.

For Thursday Mustangs will wear their favorite pajamas. There will also be cookie decorating and a movie on this day in the courtyard at 6 p.m.
On Friday Mustangs will wear their ugliest sweaters.
Senior Bella Juliano said, “I am most excited for the spirit day on Thursday because I get to enjoy being comfy in my pajamas while I’m showing my Christmas spirit.”
Mustangs love to go all out for spirit days. They show not only their Christmas spirit, but their LRHS spirit.
Senior Carys Teich said, “I am looking forward to the ugly sweater spirit day because I get to express my creativity and go all out to show my spirit.”
