Manatee School District Career Pathways Coordinator Erin Novarro and each school’s college career and college advisor spoke at the event.
When asked to give advice, LRHS College and Career Adviser Vito Bavaro said, “Apply early and often to both colleges and scholarships.”
Bavaro added, “If students want to go to college, there are ways to pay outside of the traditional methods. If you hustle, you can get scholarships, awards, and grants.”
