Caroline Bartlomiejczuk- Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) orchestra participated in State Music Performance Assessments (MPAs) last Saturday.
The individuals who succeeded at the district level qualified for the MPAs at Florida Southern College in Lakeland.
LRHS orchestra teacher Melissa Diaz was also very happy about how the competition went.
“I could not be more happy and proud for this orchestra group. I’m excited to see everyone next year compete.” said Diaz.

Sophomore Preston Stanoch expressed his thoughts about how the competition went for him.
He said, “I’m really proud of myself because my piece was hard. But I just kept practicing to get better and I felt pretty good about it all.”
