(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) Girls in White Coats prepares future medical leaders with new 2026-2027 officers.
The Girls in White Coats club continues to inspire and prepare young women for careers in healthcare by providing hands-on experiences, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
Dedicated to empowering, educating, and elevating future medical professionals, the club has announced its newly elected officers for the 2026-2027 school year.
The leadership team includes -
Vice President: Alice Deleidan
Secretary: Selma Onus
Historian: Kelsi Scott
Treasurer: Malia Suber
Community Outreach Coordinator: Naomie La
President Elect: Delaney Buttari
President (Last year's president Elect): Elise Kudelko
These students will guide the club in expanding opportunities for members interested in the medical field.

Throughout the school year, Girls in White Coats hosted monthly meetings featuring guest speakers from a variety of healthcare specialties. Members had the opportunity to learn directly from professionals including, a Radiologist, Physician's Assistant, and Cardiologist.
These speakers shared their personal career journeys, educational pathways, and advice for students considering medical professions, offering valuable insight.
Students also participated in a field trip to Blake Hospital and earned a CPR certification.
There are many community service events that are a core part of the club's mission. Members volunteered at the Breast Cancer Walk, and American Heart Association Walk.
With strong leadership and meaningful opportunities, Girls in White Coats continues to inspire the next generation of female health care professionals and build confidence in students pursuing medical careers.
