Brooke Walker - Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) - Lakewood Ranch girls lacrosse team came out strong in their district game on April 8, beating Immokalee 19-1 to move on to the semifinals.
Immokalee entered the game 0-10 overall and 0-2 in districts, and Lakewood Ranch took advantage early, controlling the game from start to finish.
With the win, Lakewood Ranch is scheduled to take on Sarasota on April 13. Sarasota comes in with a 4-9 overall record and is 1-3 in district play.
