Milly Harvey – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) - Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) Mini Mustang teacher assistant Sara Lay held a glow party for the Mini Mustangs on Friday.
Instead of having a traditional water play day on the last day of school, Lay decided it would be fun to have a few rearrangements for the kids.
This year, Lay split the fun into several fun days over the course of the month. Last Friday, her class enjoyed a pajama/movie party and this Friday it was the glow party.

In the party, the children got to write their names with highlighters and incorporate learning with fun. There was even a school playlist for the kids to dance and sing to including Danny Go! and Kidz Bop.
It was a great event for them to wrap up the school year and one of the kids even quoted, “This is the best day ever!”
Lay implies that this will be something she does moving forward for the Mini Mustangs.
