Daniel Gad - Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) students interested in exploring career and technical education have the opportunity to visit Manatee Technical College (MTC) during an upcoming Main Campus tour.

The MTC tour will take place from 9 a.m. -12p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14. Students have the chance to visit and learn more about the MTC campus and the opportunities it provides.

A field trip to the MTC East Campus is scheduled for Sept. 16.

MTC offers 50+ career preparation programs in areas such as health science, automotive technology, construction, and culinary arts.

LRHS College and Career Adviser Vito Bavaro said, “MTC has many great programs that students can complete very quickly and begin a high paying job.”

Mustangs interested in attending the field trip should sign up in the Student Services office with Bavaro.
