The Wellness Wednesday program will continue throughout the school year with different topics. On September 23, the program will focus on self-awareness, including goal setting and suicide prevention. On October 21, students will focus on awareness of others, with lessons on dealing with negative peer pressure and bullying prevention.

As the first Wellness Wednesday of the school year, this Friday will introduce new students to the program and its focus on skills that support their well-being and success both in and outside of school.
