(Lakewood Ranch, FL) - Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) wrestlers are hitting the mats as the team kicks off its after-school practices.
The sessions give Mustang athletes an opportunity to sharpen their skills, stay active, and build team chemistry outside the regular competitive season.
Open-mat practices take place after school until 4:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday, followed by dedicated conditioning practices on Wednesday’s.
Extracurricular activities and after-school practices help create strong bonds and friendships that make high school feel like a community.

Senior Nick Chop said, "The pre-season practices really give me a chance to prepare for the upcoming season, especially since it's my last season on the team."
