School Breakfast and Lunch

  • Our school provides breakfast and lunch for any student who chooses to participate. Lunch prices are below. Breakfast is free for all students every day!

Our cafeteria begins serving at 7:45am each morning. Students should be dropped off prior to 8:05am to allow enough time for them to eat breakfast and get to class before the 8:25 tardy bell rings.

Cafeteria Expectations

  • We know that lunchtime is an opportunity for our children to interact with each other and develop appropriate social skills. At the same time, it is important that our lunchroom remain a safe place for everyone. In order to accomplish both of these goals, we have established the following guidelines:

    Respect

    • Appropriate behavior & conversation
    • Kind words & actions
    • Listen and respond

    Safe Choices

    • Hands & feet to yourself
    • Eat only your own food
    • Whisper voices

    Procedure

    • Stay seated
    • Raise your hand for help
    • Always walk
    • Playing with food is unacceptable
    • Lights out means complete silence

Bringing Lunch From Home

  • Students may choose to bring lunch from home. If that is your family’s choice, please follow these guidelines:

    Send needed utensils.
Pack only cardboard or plastic containers (no glass).
Do not pack carbonated beverages, candy, or gum.

SchoolCafé

  • SchoolCafé allows parents to view menus, make a payment and apply for Free/Reduced Price Lunch benefits in one convenient place. If you have any questions, please call the cafeteria manager, Renate Muldoon, at extension 33022.

  • We ❤️ to have families join us for lunch!

Parents and family members are encouraged to visit school to eat lunch with their children. Please plan to arrive on campus a few minutes earlier than your child's scheduled lunch time, to allow for check-in at the front office. The courtyard tables are available for your dining pleasure. We ask that you take ONLY your child away from his or her class to eat with you when you go outside to eat. And, of course, your younger children are welcome to come enjoy lunch at school as long as they are supervised by a family member.
