A young boy wearing a plaid shirt holds a wooden frame with fish print.

Before fourth grade even begins, a boy named Ryker is already investing in his future. Inspired by the creativity he discovered inside

Stewart Elementary School's art classroom, this young entrepreneur (and future paleontologist!) is creating coastal artwork that's making waves - and helping him save for college, one print at a time.

Ryker's story is just one example of how the School District of Manatee County's high-quality Visual & Performing Arts education programs inspire creativity, confidence, entrepreneurship, and a vision for the future.

Shout out to Ms. Simpson for being a difference maker!
