Athletics Summer Workouts

  • Girls Cross Country summer workouts will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7 am - 8-45 am.
    Workouts will start June 12th and continue all summer. Contact Coach Richard for summer workout information.

    Wrestling summer workouts will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
    Workouts will start June 5th and continue all summer. Contact Coach Thomas for summer workout information.

    Girls Volleyball summer workouts will start May 21 through July 21, from 4:45–6:30.
    Workouts will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Contact Coach Blaney at or Jennifer Davis at

    Girls Basketball workouts will 9:00AM-10:15AM Monday thru Thursday in the month of June. June 8th, 9th, and 10th we will be hosting the Midwest Elite Basketball Camp from 9am-1pm. Contact Coach Corbett at for additional information.

    Boys Basketball workouts will Monday thru Thursday at 1pm to 3pm starting June 5th. Contact Coach Varnadore at

    Flag Football will be working out on Tuesday and Thursday in the weight room 11:30 to 1pm Starting June 13th. Contact coach Stancil for additional information.
