When submitting,SELECT the option to RECEIVE AN EMAIL RECEIPTof your submission. This is your "receipt" or proof of submission. Make sure you have received this email. Check your junk/spam folders. If you don't receive the email, you need to resubmit the form.
Complete and approved forms will not receive an additional response(No response from Ms. Gonzales = You are all set.) If there is an issue with the application, Ms. Gonzales will contact the BRHS student directly.
REMINDERS:
All tickets must be purchased for GUESTS at the SAME TIME as the BRHS STUDENTS.
If your guest is not approved the ticket will not be refunded so if there is any doubt make sure to ask first.
If you have any major disciplinary issues during Semester 2 you may not qualify to go so make sure you check with a Dean prior to purchasing a ticket.
There are NO REFUNDS
You must have all signatures on the guest form along with a photo ID for your guest to be approved.
Guests must be 20 or under and have an approved guest form to attend. Guests can be from out of county or state as long as we are able to verify their information.
The school reserves the right to deny any guests from PROM.
Only Juniors and Seniors can purchase a student ticket and a guest ticket. Underclassmen cannot attend unless they are attending with a Junior or Senior and must fill out a Guest Form (all 9th and 10th grade BRHS student guests).
