Arrival Times
2 Gates will be open for Entry
Doors open for parents, families, and guests: 6:15 PM
Seniors must arrive by: 6:00 PM
Seniors may be dropped off at the Players’ Entrance off 17th Street.
Parking Information
Parking at LECOM Park is extremely limited. Car‑pooling is highly encouraged.
Additional parking will be available at Rogers Garden Elementary, located just down the road from LECOM Park.
Tickets
Seniors will be given ten tickets at the Senior Picnic Bash on Monday, May 18th.
EVERY person entering LECOM Park must have a BRHS Graduation ticket.
Children age 3 and under do not need a ticket only if they sit on your lap. They may not have their own seat without a ticket.
Concessions
Concessions will be available but are CASHLESS only.
Concessions will close after the last graduate’s name is called.
Security & Bag Policy
A security metal detection system and clear bag policy will be strictly enforced.
Only small bags (4" x 6" or smaller) are permitted.
Medium or large bags will NOT be allowed.
You may bring:
Closed bottles of water
Hand sanitizer
Photography equipment
Prohibited Items & Behavior
To ensure every graduate’s special moment is respected:
Do NOT bring balloons, air horns, confetti, or any item that may distract from the ceremony.
Anything that interferes with the ceremony or the ability to hear graduates’ names is strictly prohibited.
Please be respectful, do not be the person whose actions take away from the experience for others, especially after your senior’s name has been called.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside LECOM Park.
